On the sidelines of Habits de Lumière 2017, as part of rapprochement of the Cities Of Epernay and Parma, both listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, a unique taste experience took place.


A sensory tasting combining products from the Parma Valley and Champagnes.



Exquisite hams and Parmesan, carefully selected by Paolo Tegoni from the University of Parma, have been paired with the Champagne GONET and A & J DEMIERE, under the Patronage of Mayors of Parma and Epernay and Vincent Ferniot , Godfather of the Habits de Lumière 2017.




A first edition that will be followed by other sessions in 2018 !
